Rashia Schand is a dedicated wife, mother of four, and a multi-talented professional. Over the past decade, she has devoted her spare time to teaching financial literacy to teens and young adults throughout the state of Connecticut. She is the author of the "Jumpstart Your Money Journey" book series, aimed at teaching children and young adults the basics of money management. She is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with a passion for helping families achieve their homeownership dreams.
Rashia is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering individuals towards financial independence. She holds a degree in Business Management and Finance from Delaware State University and has ten years of experience in the Insurance Operations industry before pursuing her entrepreneurial journey.
In her spare time she loves spending time with her family. She is an advocate for all things faith, fitness and finance related.
