Mental Health Toolkit for Students

In this session students will have an opportunity for open discussion on the impacts of mental health on performance, whether it is in the classroom, on the playing field, or both. Students will work together with the facilitators to develop realistic actions they can take to promote awareness, self-care and outreach for necessary resources.
