2024 CAS-CIAC High School Leadership Conference

Do you ever wonder how certain policies and processes within a school, district, or community are established? Perhaps you and your peers have ideas to improve certain policies. Are you a good listener and communicator who aspires to be a change agent? In this session you will learn strategies to initiate communication with adult leaders in their schools and communities to suggest, support, and assist with implementing policy and practice changes that benefit the student body, promote health and safety, and improve systemic growth and development.
